We only publish lateral load values for our wall plate connectors or our LAB Angle Bracket range within our Technical Guide. However, we can also offer a lateral capacity (Direction A shown below) for both our UH & HUH ranges.
When both the supporting and supported members are at 90 degrees the following load capacities can be applied. Please contact our Technical Team for further guidance on pitched members.
The values shown below are based on the hanger being fully nailed with 3.4x35mm square twist nails. All incoming fixings are required.
The hanger can support solid timber, I-Joist or Metal web joists as long as web stiffeners or solid block is provided for incoming fixings.
